Why Embodiment is Everything

Here’s an important fact: everything is energy.

All things are constantly in motion. Down to the teeniest tiniest of particles—everything is moving energy. Quantum physicists have proven this and there’s extensive writing you can search for online if that’s your pleasure. Why this is important to you and your success in life (personally and professionally) is this: all the moving energy includes our bodies.

One of the biggest gifts about being a woman is that our bodies are literally built to transmit energy…i.e. LIGHT. And one frequency of that light is love. You hear people talk about women in such a way as: Oh wow! She’s so radiant. Holy moly. It’s the way that she moves. These are things people, yes, usually men, say about women when they are admiring her.

And this has nothing to do with conventional concepts of beauty. Every single woman can be radiant and filled with love’s light so that she shows, shares and moves the world with it. It’s crucial to first know this and recognize it’s possible. Because no matter where you’re at in your journey, you’ve arrived here. Reading THIS article. Which means you’re ready to do some seriously mojolicious transmitting.

 

Today, your invitation is to put your energy towards a new aspect of your capacity, beyond the way you think you look physically.

Today, your invitation is to connect to your body temple as the place that love blossoms and shines out to the world.

Your body temple IS the lighthouse calling your dreams and passions home.

Your body temple IS the harbor for your desires.

Honestly, if we actually knew how powerful our body temple is, we’d self-combust!

The crazy thing is most women these days are severely divorced from the body and solely exist in the head (I’ve deemed this an epidemic and call it the Masculinization of Women). The journey from living life above the neck to below the neck is mandatory for ultimate fulfillment. When you embark on this trip, you become:

Energized

Enthusiastic

Happy

Confident

Clear in communication

Peaceful

Magnetic

Powerful (in mind, body, spirit)

And more.

We’ve all seen the moment when that person walks into a room. They’re not exactly the most attractive, nor are they wearing the nicest outfit and they don’t even say anything. They just have IT. They’ve got Mojo Presence. THAT person is comfortable in their skin and commands (consciously or not) attention by their mere presence.

And that’s attractive.

MOJO EXERCISE:

In order to get into your body, you need to have a relationship with your Power Center. This is where all your mojo (life force) lives. Everyone’s got it. Your job is to turn the volume up so that your power center is actively working with you instead of on mute.

When you connect with your Power Center, you instantly get into your body and begin radiating energy and light.

First. Locate your Power Center

Place your thumb in your belly button. This is the top of your Power Center. Now place your middle finger on the top of your public bone. This is the base of your Power Center. The Power Center goes from the front surface of your body all the way to the back.

Second. Ignite the Power Center

Now that you’ve located it, go ahead and take your index and middle fingers and press them to the top of your Power Center. Then, slowly (and I mean slower than you realize…but not snails pace slow) move your fingers in a clockwise direction to the left and draw a circle around your Power Center. Start at the belly button go out to the left, down to the pubic bone and then up the right until you’re back at the belly button. Continue drawing circles with steady pressure for 2-3 minutes.

Best Practices.

When you start with this exercise it’s a good idea to do it first thing in the morning upon waking. Before your feet even hit the floor and you’re still a little bit sleepy. It’s that in between time where your subconscious mind is still open and your conscious mind won’t get in the way. Breathe deeply and visualize that you are turning the volume dial up on your Power Center. Do this for two weeks.

Once you’re comfortable with the exercise and your body begins to acclimate to the powerful flow of mojo, you can use this exercise anytime you want. It’s GREAT to do before a date, an important meeting or anytime you start to feel disconnected from your body.
