Essential Oils – The Mojo Way, Stress Busting

Stress.

It’s a part of life.

Emotional. Environmental. Physical.

There’s no getting around a certain level of it these days.

What there is is being smart about dancing with it.

If you’re like me, you throw a lot of tension (aka stress) into your shoulders and neck.

Call it hours at a keyboard, bent over on your smart phone or sleeping in weird ways.

Your shoulders could rival tension wire used for bridges like the Golden Gate.

And like me, you might not have a handy masseuse at your beck and call (though the more I think about it, the more I think that’s a brilliant thing to put in place).

What I do have in place and use almost every night is this brilliant lotion. Deep Blue Rub.

I refer to it as the healthier happier Ben Gay 😉

I take a quarter size amount and lovingly massage my neck, shoulders and any other area that’s carrying stress.

I do it right before bed and man oh man, what a difference!

Literally waking up with reduced tension and increased flow in my body.

I’d say that’s a win/win all around.

 

Even if you have a fab masseuse, this is a potent addition to your session.

I give them the Deep Blue lotion or the Deep Blue essential oil to use during the massage. Stress be gone!
