Whether you are a hot flow yoga kinda gal or you enjoy a slow, yin stretch—using essential oils before, during or after your practice takes it to a new level of pleasure and power.

 

 

Cypress increases circulation and helps decongest the lymphatic system.

Balance is a blend that helps establish a feeling of peace and calm. I love rubbing it on the soles of my feet before practice as well as diffusing it.

AromaTouch is also a blend that’s great for relieving stress in your muscles.

When you’re super sore from a vigorous practice this is one of my faves to use.

Using the oils with your yoga practice increases your M.O.J.O. and self care.
